ABOUT VARON

OVERVIEW

Varon Corp is a beverage platform focused primarily on functional wellness and performance beverages. The company develops and operates brands across hydration, energy, recovery, and sports-nutrition categories.

 

The wellness business spans both Canada and the United States. In the U.S., growth is driven through equity-based joint ventures formed with established platforms that bring cultural relevance, audience reach, and execution capability.  Alongside wellness, Varon maintains a limited premium spirits business that provides brand optionality and experiential reach.

Varon USA – U.S. joint ventures focused on elevated wellness, sports hydration and recovery, built in partnership with established platforms

Varon Wellness – Canadian division focused on functional, health-forward, and performance beverages

Varon Spirits – Select premium spirits brands and experiential activations
